• Post office: Distributed by Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos, S.A.

 

• Messaging: Through different parcel distribution companies, depending on the shipping address and taking advantage of the capacity and quality of scope of each of them.

 

• Specific Agency: If the client wants to receive his order through a specific agency, he will have to contact us and communicate before specifying his order and consult price.

FREE: If your order exceeds 100€ excluding VAT.

NOT FREE: If your order is less than 100€ without VAT the shipping costs will be 10€ + VAT.

 

 

Countries of the European Union

FREE: If your order exceeds 100€ excluding VAT.

NOT FREE: If your order is less than 100€ without VAT the shipping costs will be 15€ + VAT.

 

 

Export – Countries outside the European Union. *Customs

The customer must place the order through our website, which will be processed by our commercial responsible for it, calculating the weight and cost of shipping depending on the weight and volume of the package, as well as the geographical area.

 

The corresponding staff will contact you via e-mail informing you of the total price of your order, including shipping costs, and the methods of payment available.

 

*CUSTOMS The administrative costs of customs will be paid on behalf of the client and payable upon receipt of the package, which BIOLUMINIS is not responsible for, nor informs you of the cost of the same for being outside its competence.
